Spice-rubbed Duck Legs with Roast Nectarines and Cherries

The richness of duck meat loves the zing of summer fruits and when you add a touch of spice, the result is three-dimensional, taste-wise. Once you rub in the spices, the oven will slow roast it to tenderness for you and the roasted nectarines and cherries will soften to form a bright compote to serve the duck on. This dish is quite fancy in looks, but totally easy to do.
