Quickly pan seared camembert gets all oozy and is delicious served with cranberry jelly.

4-6
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 200g wheel camembert
- 6 slices thinly sliced ciabatta or french stick
- olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary sprigs
- freshly ground black pepper, for sprinkling
- cranberry jelly, for serving
Method
Cut 5 equal slashes across the top of the camembert. Drizzle ciabatta with oil and pan fry in a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and toasted. Set aside.
