Wheel of Brie with Walnuts, Honey and Figs
Sometimes all you need is cheese for dessert and this makes a stunning display for the buffet table.
Serves:

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 kg wheel ripe Brie
- 200g walnut halves
- honey, for drizzling
- 4-6 fresh figs
- 250g medjool dates
- baguette, toasted sourdough or crackers, for serving
Method
- Remove the Brie from the fridge to come to room temperature, up to 2 hours before serving, and place on a serving board.
- Arrange torn figs and dates on the board next to the cheese. Just before serving, top with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
- Serve with baguette.
Tips
- Discard cheese that has been at room temperature for more than 4 hours.
- STYLING Drizzle honey from a height in a zig zag pattern.
