I run small group classes in the heart of my home that are really a complete food experience.
You will learn and cook alongside me, and get to share everything we make at my table, with fine wine from Scotchmans Hill.
No matter what the topic, I guarantee you will learn tips that you will be able to immediately apply to your cooking every day, and sample recipes that you will be able to readily replicate at home.

I have been a qualified cooking teacher, food stylist, recipe developer, writer and television presenter for over 30 years. I will share with you my cooking expertise, tips for how to make food look as good as it tastes and my passion for gathering people to the table, which is at the heart of my Foodcentric philosophy.
