Founded by brothers Jason and David Narciso, Elixir Coffee has grown to become one of Brisbane’s most loved specialist coffee roasters. For these boys, coffee runs in their blood and it shows in the quality, consistency and care they apply to their product and the hospitality that extends in the adjoining cafe and the service they offer to their customers.
When I visited I was treated to a tour of their new coffee roasting facility and followed the process from the bundles of hessian bags bursting with raw, green coffee beans to the final rich, perfect pourover I had with my very delicious shared table brunch.
Elixir HQ in Stafford in the North of Brisbane is open to the public for coffee sales and the on-site cafe is open during the day for breakfast, lunch and coffee, of course!
