Let’s get all Festive with this contemporary twist on the Christmas turkey.
A plump turkey fillet stuffed with camembert, fennel and pistachios with a rich pear and fig compote on the side.
We will also toss in some roasted chat potatoes to complete the meal.
Note: large chicken fillets can be used instead of the turkey, if unavailable.
Classes run on Thursdays 6pm AEST.
