Let’s turn our thoughts to an Italian Summer this week with Vitello Tonnato (Italian Poached Veal with Tuna Sauce) and Stuffed Zucchini Flowers.

Please note, the veal requires 1 1/2 hours cooking time and is best refrigerated until chilled and served the next day.

Class runs Wednesday 6pm.
