SPECIAL EVENT – SLOW COOK SUNDAY – 25th October
Make a Greek-style slow cooked lamb flavoured with fennel, and a bright beetroot and feta salad on the side.
This is a slow-cook session. Tutorial runs 1 hour then you need to allow another few hours cooking time to complete the dish.
Class runs 11am Sun 25th October.
