SPECIAL EVENT – SLOW COOK SUNDAY – 26th July
Learn to make my recipe for succulent, slow cooked shiraz beef cheeks then sit back and let them simmer to tenderness. This is a slow-cook session. Tutorial runs 1 hour then you need to allow another 2-2/12 hours cooking time to complete the dish. We will also be making a creamy Parsnip and Pear Puree to accompany the beef cheeks.
Class runs 11am Sun 26th July.
