Asparagus Blue Cheese Tartlets

Quick little tasty pass arounds.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
  • 425g can asparagus spears
  • 12 savoury tartlet shells
  • 12 savoury tartlet shells
  • 60g blue cheese
  • chives, for garnish

Drain the asparagus, reserving the liquid. Puree the asparagus, adding enough liquid to create a dolloping consistency. Fill tartlet shells with asparagus puree and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes until heated through. Cut blue cheese into slices and top each tartlet with a piece of blue and serve garnished with snipped chives.
