Brie Garlic Bread
Just when you thought Garlic Bread couldn’t get any better…add some Brie!

- 50g butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 baguette
- 200g wheel Brie
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- freshly ground black pepper, for sprinkling
Combine butter and garlic together. Cut diagonal slashes into the baguette, taking care not to cut all the way through and spread with Garlic Butter. Cut the Brie into wedges and stuff into the slashes, together with some sprigs of thyme. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until bread is toasted and Brie has melted. Serve hot.
