Choc Hazelnut Crescents
2 ingredients, 10 minutes to make and 10 minutes to bake…what’s not to love?
|Preparation Time:||10 minutes|
|Cooking time:||10 minutes|
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
Preheat oven to 210°C. Spread puff pastry sheets with chocolate hazelnut spread and cut each sheet into four squares. Cut each square diagonally into 2 triangles. Roll each triangle up from the widest end, to form a crescent shape and place on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Serve hot or cool and serve dusted with icing sugar.
The pastry is easier to handle if it is cool so assemble as soon as the pastry has thawed enough to be pliable. If it has softened too much, return to the fridge or freezer for 5-10 minutes to firm up.
