Honey Glazed Nectarines with Brie and Blue Cheese

Succulent summer nectarines are delicious when chargrilled and served with specialty cheeses.

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
  • 150g ripe Brie
  • 150g blue cheese
  • 2 nectarines or peaches
  • light olive oil spray
  • honey, for drizzling
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Remove cheese from fridge one hour before serving to come to room temperature. Cut nectarines into fat wedges. Spray with a little olive oil and chargrill or bbq on cut surfaces until char lines appear. Arrange cheese on a board with a pile of nectarines drizzled generously with honey and sprinkled with pepper. Serve with bread.


Honey Glazed Nectarines are also delicious served with fresh ricotta and croissants for brunch!
