Perfect pass-arounds to feed the crowd when the game is on!

- 1 kg cocktail franks
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- sesame seeds, for sprinkling
- tomato sauce, for serving
Cover cocktail franks with water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. Cut pastry into strips 5cm wide. Wrap a pastry strip around each frank, coiling it as you go. Place on baking paper lined oven trays, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and serve with tomato sauce.
