When you think Destination Cuisine, The Lakehouse in Daylesford is hands down, the epitome of this.
Truthfully, there is nothing I can say about The Lakehouse that hasn’t said before. It lives up to every expectation in terms of setting, ambience, hospitality, service, food and wine. It is really the complete package.
So, all I can do is say thank you for what was a memorable experience and add my own congratulations to Alla Wolf-Tasker for her dedication, vision and pure hard work in making this one of Victoria’s must-visit restaurants.
So just make sure you book yourself a B&B, head to Daylesford and go visit one day…
