This is my take on vitello tonnato which is the perfect alfresco summer dish. I like to add elegant asparagus spears to finish the platter. The girello can be cooked and the mayonnaise made the day before for easy serving later.
So, even if you are not in Naples you can get that Napoletana feeling if you make your own pizza from scratch.
