It’s Friday and you can almost hear the collective sigh of relief!
Friday night is relaxed and easy going and to keep it that way, knock up a gourmet pizza at home using a store bought pizza base and go to town with the toppings.Today, it’s this pizza that marries together Italian and Greek flavours to create a wonderful twist on your average pizza. I often use thick Greek pita breads for pizza bases and cook them in my benchtop pizza oven, which is one ‘gadgety’ appliance I swear by…just wish it didn’t take up so much room in my cupboard!
Try this Greek Lamb and Fetta Pizza instead of your regular Capricciosa.
