Winning Passarounds…

Here comes Spring Racing Carnival – and if I can put the horse racing debate aside, for this – it’s a very social time in Melbourne because the sun is out and everyone is getting together after the cocooning of the winter months.

So, here are some of my perfect passaround recipes to serve with drinks at your next social gathering.

My King Prawn Paté is a luxurious alternative to dip and just perfect with a glass of Champagne.

Dainty Chicken and Cucumber sandwiches become oh so special with a bit of brie sandwiched in the centre.

And my Bacon, Brie and Fig Bites are tasty little pastry morsels that are great served hot from the oven or at room temperature if you are planning to picnic.
