Garlicky Greek Chicken Drumettes
These tasty chicken drumettes with a garlicky Greek marinade are seriously addictive.

- 1.5 kg chicken drumettes* or wings
- fresh oregano, for garnish
- GARLIC MARINADE
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon dried Greek oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Combine all marinade ingredients together in a roasting dish, add chicken drumettes and toss to coat. At this point, you can marinate them in advance in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or cook them immediately if you prefer. Roast at 200°C* for 30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and sticky. Serve sprinkled with fresh oregano.
* If your oven has a fan grill option, this is a great way to cook the drumettes to golden brown.
