Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200g buffalo mozzarella bocconcini, drained
  • 2 fresh nectarines or peaches, cut into wedges
  • extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • honey, for drizzling
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • edible petals, for garnish

Method

  • Tear bocconcini into pieces and arrange on a serving plate with nectarines.
  • Drizzle with oil and honey.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and edible petals.
  • VARIATION Burrata or stracchino cheese make a great alternative to buffalo mozzarella.

Tips

  • TIPS Fresh edible petals are available at gourmet greengrocers. You can use edible garden flowers like nasturtiums and rose petals, but be sure they haven’t been sprayed!
