Mango, Passionfruit and Nectarine Meringues

Ingredients
- 12 meringue nests or tartlet cases
- 600g Mango and Passionfruit Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup lemon curd or lemon butter
- 2 nectarines or peaches, sliced
Method
Fill meringue nests with yoghurt, dollop with lemon curd and decorate sliced nectarines.
