Pizza Mexicana

When pizza meets tacos it's a cheesy, spicy fest!

2 Pizzas

Ingredients

2 large pizza bases
1 cup mild taco sauce
1 cup corn kernels
150g grated vintage cheddar cheese
1 chorizo or pepperoni sausage (125g), sliced
1/4 cup Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos
1/2 bunch coriander leaves

Method

Place pizza bases onto pizza trays and spread with taco sauce. Top with corn, cheese, chorizo and Fehlbergs Sliced Pickled Jalapenos. Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes until golden. Cut into wedges and serve sprinkled with coriander.

Tips

Always serve some extra jalapenos on the side!
