Smoked Salmon, Double Brie and Caviar Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill or chives
  • 2 large plain pizza bases
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 200g King Island Dairy Black Label Double Brie
  • 25g baby spinach leaves
  • 200g smoked salmon slices
  • 50g smoked salmon caviar or black caviar
  • dill sprigs, for garnish

Method

Combine garlic, oil and dill together and spread over pizza bases. Season with salt and pepper and top with mozzarella. Bake at 220°C for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cut King Island Dairy Black Label Double Brie into thin slices. Arrange spinach, smoked salmon, brie and caviar over hot pizzas. Garnish with dill, sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.
