Triple Cream Blue with Honeyed Pistachios and Roasted Grapes

Honey, pistachios and grapes beautifully complement this blue brie.

Serves:

4-6

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200g blue brie
  • 1 bunch red grapes
  • olive oil spray
  • sea salt, for sprinkling
  • honey, for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon shelled pistachio nuts, chopped
  • crusty frenchstick, sliced, for serving

Method

Remove blue brie from the refrigerator one hour before serving. Place grapes on an oven tray, spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes until soft but still juicy. Drizzle cheese with honey, sprinkle with pistachio nuts and serve with Roasted Grapes and sliced frenchstick.

Tips

As an alternative, use 200g brie sprinkled with 50g crumbled blue cheese.
